I’m a certified PCA Skin specialist. The peel menu runs from a low-discomfort Sensi Peel for reactive and first-time clients to a mid-intensity hydroquinone peel for stubborn pigment and acne-induced dark marks.
Every peel appointment includes the post-care kit that actually determines whether the result holds. Booking a peel while you are still using a retinoid is the fastest way to over-peel — stop retinol, Retin-A, and retinoids at least 5 days before.
Which peel fits which skin
Redness, rosacea-prone, or first peel: Peel for Sensitive Skin. Active congestion and oil: Acne Peel. Fine lines and dull aging skin: Ultra Peel. Sun damage, melasma, and dark marks on any skin tone: Pigment Correct Peel. Deeper pigment and post-acne marks: Peel with Hydroquinone.
If your skin is in an active flare, a peel is usually the wrong first step. Calm it with NanoInfusion or an oxygenation treatment, then peel once the barrier is quiet.

How much is a chemical peel at K | E Skin Studio?
PCA peels range from $175 for the sensitive-skin peel to $210 for the hydroquinone peel. Appointments are 30–35 minutes and include a post-care kit.
Will I peel visibly?
The Sensi, acne, and pigment-correct peels are chosen for little to no dramatic shedding. The hydroquinone peel is mid-intensity — I’ll tell you what to expect for your skin before you book.
Can I get a peel if I use retinol?
Not that week. Stop all retinoids at least 5 days before your peel. The booking screen asks this before you confirm.
Are PCA peels safe for darker skin tones?
Pigment Correct is formulated for sun damage and melasma across skin tones. I match the depth to your history so pigment is corrected instead of provoked.
